Some people are happy to follow their own programme in their own time and place; for those who lack the time, motivation, or energy to train effectively on their own, a Personal Trainer can be the answer to helping you achieve your goals.
A PT will not only help to coach you through safe exercise techniques but also provide support, advice and encouragement in your sessions.
All our trainers have years of extensive experience in the personal training industry and will work mindfully with any existing physical conditions so you feel safe and supported at all times.

Your session will involve a check-in and a brief warm-up followed by your main training programme where we will focus on your goals using your chosen form of exercise, ie. Strength, cardio, mobility, barre, pilates, reformer, breath work etc.
There will be a cool down/ relaxation period to finish. Any programme may vary from one session to the next according to your needs in order to progress.

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment. If the session is cancelled outside of this window, the session will be non-refundable.
As long as your request is outside the 24-hour cancellation window we will always do our best to move you to another date/time.

Comfortable activewear and footwear that you can move in and are happy to sweat in.

Three times each week should be sufficient for you to start feeling and seeing results.
Although, like anything, you will get more out of it if you put more in.
Whether you work out with your Trainer every time is up to you, and how motivated you are, how often you can afford to train, what your schedule is like every week.
